In order to re-assemble your bicycle to your original fit, our mechanics need to know how you have it set up. Please have your local mechanic:

  • MARK all heights and angles. (Whiteout works well on black handlebars and aerobars. Black marker on silver parts. Stem spacers can be taped in their proper place.)
  • OR provide us with the following:
1. Seat height: centimeters. (Center of bottom bracket to top of seat.)
2. Seat fore/aft positioning: centimeters. (Tip of seat nose to stem/handlebar juncture.)
3. Angle/Position of aero bars:
4. Stem height (threaded stems): cm. OR number or spacers under stem (threadless stem):

Please place a checklist of all extra parts/accessories packed in the case.
Note: If there are any services that you don't want, or any additional services or products that you need, (specific parts replaced, overhauled, etc) a note must be attached to the bike.

REMEMBER! Use this form only if your bike is coming to Bike Works in Kailua-Kona. If you want your bike serviced at the race host hotel -- Mauna Lani Bay Hotel -- use this form.
